How to Remove My Business from Google Maps

To remove your business from Google Maps, follow these steps:

1. Go to Google Maps in a web browser and sign in to your Google account.

2. Type the name of your business in the search bar at the top of the page and press enter.

3. Click on your business listing when it appears on the map.

4. Click on the "More" button next to your business name.

5. Select the "Claim this business" option from the drop-down menu.

6. Click on the "Manage this business" button.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Permanently close this business" button.

8. Follow the prompts to confirm that you want to permanently close your business.

Keep in mind that it may take some time for the changes to take effect on Google Maps. If you have claimed your business on Google My Business, you will also need to delete your business listing there.
